Privacy Policy
أوتشر متجر إلكترونيّ. لا نجمع عنك إلا ما نحتاجه فعلاً للرد على طلبك وتنفيذه وشحنه.
auture is an online store. We collect only what we genuinely need to answer, make and ship your order.
ما نجمعه / What we collect
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وبلد الشحن ونص رسالتك، من نموذج الطلب في الصفحة الرئيسية.
- عنوان الشحن ورقم الهاتف، نطلبهما لاحقاً بالبريد عند تأكيد الطلب فقط.
- تفضيل اللغة (عربي/إنجليزي)، يحفظ في متصفّحك وحده ولا يصل إلينا.
Name, email, shipping country and your message — from the enquiry form. Shipping address and phone are requested by email only when an order is confirmed. Your language preference is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.
لماذا / Why
للرد على استفسارك، وتنفيذ القطعة، وترتيب الشحن والتخليص الجمركي، والاحتفاظ بسجلّ أصالة القطعة ورقم نسختها.
To answer your enquiry, make the piece, arrange freight and customs, and keep the authenticity record that ties a piece to its edition number.
من يعالج بياناتك / Sub-processors
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. تمرّ فقط عبر الأطراف التالية، بالقدر اللازم:

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing. Exact providers are named on request at hello@auture.ae; a data-processing agreement can be provided for business clients.
مدة الحفظ / Retention
الاستفسارات التي لا تتحول إلى طلب تحذف بعد 24 شهراً. سجلّ أصالة القطعة يبقى ما بقيت القطعة، لأنّ ذلك هو ما يثبّت أنّها منّا.
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. The authenticity record of a piece is kept for as long as the piece exists — that record is what proves the piece is ours.
حقوقك / Your rights
يمكنك في أيّ وقت أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها. راسلنا على hello@auture.ae ونرد خلال 30 يوماً.
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion at any time. Write to hello@auture.ae and we reply within 30 days.
